Each social media platform has its own strengths, formats, and best practices. At Frog, we have developed a versatile system of expertise to cover major events on all fronts. Discover the strategy we deployed on behalf of France’s largest trade exhibition: the International Agricultural Show.
In 2022, the International Agricultural Show renewed its partnership with Frog Connexion after a difficult year following the COVID-19 pandemic. Finding new ways of bringing together a community around the event was a real challenge. The International Agricultural Show was looking for an inclusive and efficient digital strategy to ensure live coverage throughout the event and involve all audiences including people watching remotely.
During the Show, our teams published more than 300 posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, with each post being tailored to its social media platform. On Facebook, we focused on videos and photos. On Instagram, stories and reels. On Twitter, our community managers engaged with audiences in discussion threads throughout the entire day.
For us, analyzing the results of social media strategies cannot consist of a simple "post mortem report". We also maintain a strong analytical presence during the event which allows us to gauge performance and readjust the editorial content on each platform. Our teams follow performances closely and constantly look out for ways to improve!
Frog created a 9-episode news report with a host, aimed at community members who could not attend the event in person!
