TEN Leadership Convention

For the organization of the plenary sessions, our team of sound and lighting engineers, our technicians and our topeur directed all the staging to ensure that the conferences ran smoothly. Beforehand, our plenary expert teams provided rigorous editorial support to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the big day. 

The breakout sessions were also worked out in advance, to ensure that the logistics of the work rooms and the provision of technical equipment were meticulous. 

Le Barrière was the venue for the two-night stay. For the various stages of the event, we took over several prestigious venues: the Théâtre du Casino Barrière for a memorable gala evening, Les Planches for networking sessions, the charming Villa du Cercle for small group workshops, and Les Franciscaines for a beautiful closing. Each venue contributed to creating a unique atmosphere, perfectly suited to the key moments of the event. 

For catering, on the first day, participants enjoyed a casual buffet on the beach at the Bar du Soleil, followed by an elegant dinner at the Domaine des Planches in Blonville. The second day began with a buffet at Villa Le Cercle, before closing with a gala dinner in the Franciscaines cloister and a final buffet at the casino's O2 Bar.

During the evening at Les Planches, guests enjoyed a country-style atmosphere hosted by a vinyl DJ. For the second evening at Les Franciscaines, a mixology cocktail enchanted guests, followed by an interactive blind test to kick off the evening, before concluding in style with a live concert.
