Fitness Park - Winter General Assembly

For Fitness Park’s General Winter Assembly, Frog Connexion organized a dynamic seminar that took place at the Salons Hoche in Paris. With a focus on interactivity, we implemented a complex web app that allowed shareholders to actively participate in discussions and decision-making in real-time. This technology both facilitated constructive discussion and allowed for informed decision-making among Fitness Park team members.

Lunch was organized and served in a way that encouraged exchange and networking among all seminar participants. Various dishes were served to cater to the dietary preferences and requirements of all guests. This gourmet mid-day lunch break allowed for a moment of relaxation and socialization for guests in between conferences.

The flawless coordination of various technical aspects throughout the event was one of the keys to the seminar’s success. Frog Connexion ensured that all technical aspects, from audio-visual processing to internet connectivity, were operating as smoothly as possible to ensure that there would be no technical issues during the event. 

The day concluded with a memorable evening at Mamamia, a festive Italian restaurant in Paris. The warm atmosphere of the restaurant was the perfect setting for a seated dinner with all 120 shareholders present. We ensured that every detail, from decoration to culinary selection, accurately reflected the spirit and values of Fitness Park.
