A dynamic seminar featuring organized plenary sessions with live, transatlantic broadcasting to allow engagement from both on-site and remote participants.
Using our unique expertise, Frog Connexion orchestrated an exceptional seminar for the software company Pigment.
Located at the prestigious Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu in Paris, this two-day-long seminar was packed with a series of dynamic activities designed to encourage team bonding within the company. Providing extensive coordination, we catered to the needs of each team member involved in the seminar. From badge management to rooming assistance, our organization considered each detail to facilitate a positive experience for all participants, creating an unforgettable experience for Pigment within a unique venue in Paris.
We designed two full afternoons of team building for Pigment, combining teamwork and fun. The first afternoon was dedicated to team challenges, which fostered collaboration and encouraged creativity among the group members. The second afternoon was structured like a funfair, including playful activities that strengthened team bonding in a more relaxed environment. These fun and memorable activities helped to form a stronger connection between Pigment team members.
This seminar also included large plenary sessions each morning, which were designed to maximize engagement and participation from all Pigment team members. With live broadcasting from France to the United States, each participant, whether on-site or remote, was able to engage in activities interactively. This approach ensured smooth and effective communication, which is crucial for a rapidly expanding start-up like Pigment.
Some of the highlights of this seminar were the two evening segments. The first evening featured a blind-test, a dynamic activity that took place in person and was broadcasted live for colleagues in the United States. The second evening blended both elegance and entertainment by providing an immersive celebration for Pigment team members. These events were not only a celebration of Pigment's success as a company, but also a way to strengthen bonds among members of the organization.
