Technip Energies Loading System - Anniversary Celebration

Held over five days, this event reinforced Technip Energies’ status as a key player among France’s technology companies.

Prestigious guests, including the Minister of Industry, the Prefect of Sens, representatives from France TV, and numerous journalists and officials, were in attendance. The presence of the company's CEO further underscored the group’s commitment to innovation.

Our agency managed all aspects of the venue setup throughout this event. We provided all necessary technological equipment for presentations, as well as tents for each of the company's seminars. This was crucial to maximize efficiency and space for over 1100 people during the five-day event.

To enhance the experience, we also designed a reception area around the tents to create a welcoming environment.

Throughout the week, we worked with our catering company to curate customized menus for the event. For a celebratory party on Friday evening, we organized a cocktail bar with appetizers and a drinks service, delivering high-quality catering for all participants.
